Danielle received her Bachelor of Social Work in 2008 from the University of Regina and has worked primarily in the education system supporting children, youth, and their families. Danielle takes a holistic approach to her work, recognizing the strong connection between the nervoussystem, emotional regulation, relationships, and overall well-being. She is passionate about helping individuals understand how their nervous system responds to stress and adversity, and about building resilience through practical, body-based, and relational strategies. She integrates mindfulness, emotional regulation, and resilience-building strategies to help individuals better understand their stress responses and develop practical coping skills.
With years of experience, Danielle works collaboratively with students, caregivers, and community partners, using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to support a wide range of mental health andwellness needs.
